Fish Fry
Ingredients
Fish – 1 Kg
Chilli powder – 1½ tbl spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tbl spoon (optional)
Coriander powder – 1½ tbl spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Fennel powder – ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Lemon – Half
Corn flour – 2 tbl spoon
Rice flour – 1 tbl spoon
Salt
Oil – 5 tbl spoon
