*The most delicious breakfast flat bread I’ve ever made! Anyone can do it. No yeast, No oven.* We don’t buy bread anymore! I use this method every day! Incredibly delicious! I am sure you will love this recipe with a simple filling inside, cheese, spinach and spring onions is a great combination. Why didn’t I know about this flatbread recipe? This puff bun is also perfect for lunch or dinner.

*Recipe ingredients:*
Sift 240 grams of flour (1 1/2 cups).
1/2 teaspoon salt (3 grams).
150 milliliters warm water (3/5 cup).
Stir with a spoon.
Knead the dough by hand for 2 minutes.
The dough should be of medium hardness.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Put the dough on the table and divide into 4 parts.
Roll up the balls.
Keep the dough covered so it doesn’t dry out.
Melt 100 grams of butter (1/3 cup).
Grate 100 grams of soft cheese to your taste.
Take 150 grams of a mix of spinach and arugula.
Finely chop the leaves.
Finely chop a couple of spring onions.
Take 1 ball and roll it very thin.
Brush the dough with melted butter.
Add cheese and chopped herbs.
Make a square envelope out of the dough.
Where there is no filling, brush with butter.
Heat up a skillet over medium heat.
Add a small piece of unsalted butter.
Put the raw flatbread and cover with a lid.
After about 2 minutes, brush the other side with butter and turn over.
Watch that the dough does not burn, reduce the heat if necessary.
As the flat bread inflates, the hot air cooks it from the inside.
On average, one flatbread is cooked for 5-6 minutes over low heat.
Place on paper towel to remove excess butter.
Remove the old butter from the pan and continue cooking.
Cook until both sides are golden brown, but over low heat.
Don’t forget to cover with a lid so that the dough can cook inside.
This is an amazing recipe, try it for breakfast.
The cooking process is very simple, anyone can make these flatbreads.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered food container.
