Been watching your videos for a while. Great work always good stuff. One thing I saw done with pork ribs. When they're about 20 minutes away from being wrapped in foil. Is spray them with red cordial in a spray bottle. Not sure if you've done this before just thought I would share. Keep up the great work 👍👍
