Hard though it may be to believe, there are those of us who like salmon. Pure salmon, with maybe some combination of olive oil, butter and/or lemon juice, and nothing else. Salmon doesn’t need “dressing”. It’s fine just the way it is. Try it sometime!
Very good but a bit too sweet. Maybe a little less brown sugar next time? Otherwise splendid and we loved it.

You don't mention it in this video (but I can't find one right now where you do) but I've heard you say more than once, Don't buy tail pieces, buy centre cut filets. I'm wondering what's wrong with the tails? I've preferred them forever, and always ask for them when buying salmon. They seem more delicate somehow. Why don't you like them?
