  1. So which recipe are you going with now since the other video of the flat bao bun you are using different things in the recipe? Can I do the pork steam buns using the other recipe with the powdered milk?

  2. Every other recipe I checked have about 7g of white sugar for the dough. Yours have 70g, I knew it was fucked up, still did it. Now I fucked my whole diner, it was disgusting. Should have stick to my old recipe….

  3. Anyone can make a video and post photo shots of the end product; without any measurements of the ingredients, you might as well put a blind-fold on and say: “hay! I made some char sui buns, I made some Peking ducks, I made chicken Chloe mein….. the list can go on.👎
