I’ve tried to eat shrimp so many times, and even when everyone else is raving about how tender and juicy they are I still feel like I’m eating a slippery, fishy eraser…
I think I just don’t like shrimp.
I keep frozen pre-cooked shrimp for quick meals. I used this method on thawed shrimp and it really made a difference. The shrimp plumped up and absorbed the flavors of the fresh garlic and shallots. Thanks.
