milk – 1 l (34 fl oz)

black peppercorns – 20 g (0.7 oz)
rosemary – 20 g (0.7 oz)
bay leaves – 3 pieces
salt – 20 g (0.7 oz)
onion – 250 g (8.8 oz)
mushrooms – 300 g (10.6 oz)
sweet cooking cream – 1 l (34 fl oz)
Tray size 10 X 20 cm (4 x 8 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/2 H
for mashed potatoes:
potatoes – 350 g (12.35 oz)
milk – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
