milk chocolate: 100 g (3.5 oz)

The cream:
cheese cream: 300 g (11 oz)
soft butter: 100 g (3.5 oz)
powdered sugar: 70 g (2.5 oz)
cocoa: 50 g (1.8 oz)
vanilla essence: 5 ml (0.2 fl oz)

The glaze:
dark chocolate: 85 g (3 oz)
whipping cream: 60 ml (2 fl oz)
