I cant believe people are still waiting in line for Franklins lol.
I don't have to watch this video. Aaron Franklin is the kind of entrepreneur who deeply cares about the customer experience and high quality food they deserve. As long as him or Stacy are alive, it will remain epic.
Best brisket I've ever had. Ribs were average
Lol you're back after being butt hurt from YT?!?! Welcome 👍 to the club homie. Everyone is brutal, take it on the chin cuz
This is awesome!! Ethan is getting better and better on camera I can't wait until he is running the show 😉
Hi Ethan!!! Hi Justin!!! Food looks awesome and you guys are totally terrific – love it!! Thumbs up 👍👍👍👍
Great video!
So Lucky to go to Franklin’s. Thank You So Much for Sharing your trip. Cheers 🍻
FRANKLINS IS LIKE 5th BEST IN TEXAS! NOT WORTH MULTI-HOUR WAITS. The wait is literally why people think it’s good and even Aaron Franklin says it himself!!
That is some amazing looking barbecue. Cheers, Justin! 👍👍✌️
Try Burnt Bean in Seguin
I was just there with my wife last Tuesday. The brisket was fantastic, as expected, but the spare ribs were what impressed us the most. I bought a shaker of their brisket rub, which I think is what they actually use, or close to it. It is mainly salt and pepper, but it has a little garlic, onion, sugar, paprika, mustard powder, shitake mushroom powder, and some other things.
After waiting that long and paying that much, it'd be the worst bbq I'd ever have because I'd be pissed.
Franklin's uses excellent meat.
This is awesome. Your son is getting big!
Franklin's is good, did you get to stop by Interstellar BBQ on this trip?
Love the Father, son vids!
I have never seen anyone eat a rib like that
Dude how you have a child that old you look like you’re 30.
Tried it once way tooo salty gross!
I've been told by several so-called BBQ aficionados that Franklin uses a LOT of beef tallow in their brisket recipe but cannot confirm. Looks like it was worth the trip ….. Well done
"crust" really ? Ever heard of "bark"?
Like to see you go to Goldie’s
Once you start making your own bbq and getting good at it you realize spending half a day waiting in line for $200 in bbq is overrated. But for those that don't , it's pretty decent.
Glad to see ya back! Can’t believe how much your son has grown over the years! What an experience! -C&Q
