I recently tried one of the simplest dishes that was a delightful surprise. Whole onions oven roasted at 375° for 90+ minutes. You can put anything on them that you would a baked potato but honestly salt and pepper is enough. Maybe you could put the Olds Cool touch on this dish and take it to the next level. Have you seen the blockage solution of pulling a tyre through the pipe. It's a violent but effective way to get things moving again. Now, for arteries there's a similar way of removing built up plaque from the arteries inner walls. Of course, modifications to diet might render such drastic interventions unnecessary

You know, most countries don't have breakfast foods. They eat what they would eat for lunch or dinner for breakfast. Not saying breakfast foods are uniquely American, but close to. The American breakfast was born of advertising and Capitalism.
No need for the cream. Just butter pasta water and cheese but looks good
