Tomato – 3 Nos
Shallots – 100 g
Dry Red Chilli – 2 Nos
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tbsp
Garlic – 20 Cloves
Fennel Seeds – 1 Tsp

  1. Really you are very humble chef. GR8. How will the taste be if you add chicken after saucing g-g paste , then all masala & sauté for few more minutes then adding chopped tomatoes. I feel masala’s will pierce inside the meat pieces & bones . As tomatoes sour taste will not allow chicken to cook fast. This is how my mom taught me. Is this true chef?
