  1. My Mom and Dad came from Naples Italy. I’m first generation here in the United States My mother used to make a dish on Sunday after church. It was called Genovese This reminds me a little bit of it. My Mother would chop up Vidalia onions and simmer it with a roast that would be the beef flavor add a bay leaf and use vermouth wine and let it all simmer until the beef falls apart and put pecorino Romano cheese on top. It was delicious. It kind of reminds me of that.

  2. I absolutely adore Pasquale. I made your Braciole and sauce for my husband. His Mom passed away last year, and we will no longer have Mom's sauce😢. Pasquale did not disappoint, and my husband loved it. Now, on my only day off, I go to Pasquale ❤❤❤❤
