Chuck roast is a family favorite. I make a CR every Saturday, a 60 yr tradition. It's SO good but I can't imagine how it would eat having been velveted.

You forgot the cheese on top ! 🥧the whole idea of French onion soup is the thick layer of cheese on top of the French toast!

A little tip from a Brit…if you struggle to say worcestershire sauce, just call it lea and perrins 😊 its what we do! Lea and perrins cheese on toast yummy!
