Fried Chicken Leg Samosa Recipe :- Ingredients:- 5 Chicken legs, 1 inch Cinnamon, 3 Cardamom, 3 Cloves, 1 tsp Pepper powder, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Salt, 800 ml water, a). Put it in the cooker and let it whistle for 3 whistles. b). Once cooled, separate the flesh and set aside.
Samosa Stuffing masala :- 1 tbsp Groundnut Oil, ½ tsp Cumin seeds, ½ tsp Fennel seeds, 1 huge Onion, 1 Tomato chopped, 2 Green Chillies chopped, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Chilly powder, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder, ½ tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Salt, Boiled Chicken, a).Cook for 6 to 8 mins on medium flame, b).Once cooled, put the prepared masala to the samosa patties and roll them up.
For Coating:- Bread crumbs/ Corn flakes, 3 Eggs ( for egg wash), Oil for Deep Frying..
