Fried Pork Chop



What is the best fried pork chop for you? Do you like it lightly breaded, or somewhat crisp and coated twice?

Recipes:

Fried Pork Chop ingredients:
2 ½ lbs pork chop
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 piece egg
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¾ cups cooking oil

Brine ingredients:
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
8 pieces dried bay leaves
4 cups cold water

  2. I tried your recipe but only the light coating. The problem I encountered was that the porkchop curled up during frying. What I did was sliced the skin and fat part of the chops sothat it would fan out during frying. 🙂
