Could someone make a funnel with a lead weight in the neck? I am tired of these chincy plastic things flopping around when I go to pour into them.
Can Lisa get her own channel/show? I am being serious.
Love Lisa. Best reviewer on YT.
This is really a short-sighted comparison. Stainless steel is better than any of those. Plus you have to address the width of the spout particularly if you are transferring spices or very thick liquids. I call a do over, lol
I prefer a large-capacity stainless funnel with a handle and removable strainer.
Not a single stainless steel funnel??? Ok sure 🙄
Even though I never can, I also have a canning funnel to use with wider mouth jars.
$4.00 for a funnel? No offense but that seems overpriced. Then again, I remember 10 cent phone booth calls.
There's a set of three funnels that look just like your winner, at Dollar Tree!
Funnels and lids (for pot and pan) are tools that most people don't pay much attention to but they both will change your life.
0:58 "almost 2 inches, going deep"
Yes! I've been trying to convince my girlfriend that 2 inches is deep. Can you talk to her?
Who knew that you could design a bad funnel?
We actually have that winning funnel
But its so hard to clean
All the food and batter gets stuck in the long tube and is soooo hard to clean
It also got stained very easily
What about these Speedyflo funnels? https://www.amazon.com/SpeedyFLO-vented-funnel-combo-pack/dp/B013HD5MGI
I have several pieces of kitchen equipment from WinCo, and I'm very pleased with them all.
Especially their decent prices .
Thanks, Lisa…
Best recent investment for me was the “Norpro Stainless Steel Wide Mouth Funnel with Silicone Strainer”. Makes working with sauces and a lot of other stuff much much simpler instead of hoping it’ll go through the narrow nozzle of a traditional funnel.
a classic case of "if ain't broken, don't fix it"
I loved her comment about the one where is was like milking a cow LOL, Brought back lots of memories when I worked at a dairy during my high school AG COOP day's
Never thought about one funnel being better than the another, but now I know! 👍✌
This reminds me of the government agency measuring the flow of ketchup.
For being a piece of injection molded plastic, that's about 4x what it should cost.
The OXO was the one with the black stripes that flaked plastic.
Bough one of the Winco funnels based on ATK’s recommendation a couple of years ago. It was made of very cheap and brittle plastic, cracked in short order, and now I am back to not having a funnel again. They should put these kind of gadgets in a tumble dryer for a couple of days, to roughly simulate a couple of decades of use. These things cost very little, but are semi-disposable. I don’t expect the fundamental technology of funnels to be revolutionized in my lifetime, so it would be nice if they focused their recommendations on products built to last.
So it's come down to selling funnels to make a buck. How pathetic.
Need good choices for people that live plastic free as much as possible.
So much for using less plastic! I use the stainless steel canning jar funnel ALL the time!
ThankU thankU
Lisa, u r the best
no economy ick for those of us with reduced budgets ?
What about a jar funnel?
I was hoping she would mention that red one on the left with the big opening – seems like it would have great flow, decent stability, and by far the easiest to clean – from the looks of it anyway.
I like square ones from pampered chef. Very stable, long spout.
I like a variety of stems. I like the one shown, but I also use one with a 3/4 inch diameter stem for filling bottles and couldn't live without my canning funnel with it's 2-1/2" mouth. 💖🌞🌵😷
Let’s gooooo. Funnels baby
The video I didn't know I needed! Thanks 😊
short, sweet and to the point 🙂
Once again, the simplest and but smartest design turns out to be the winner.
Do you have a review of graters should I get? Box, paddle, or electric?
I would have bet it would have been a stainless one.
Gotta love how the original funnel shape from 100 years ago is still the best. Who would've thought?
