Nice review, Joe. This would also hit the sweet spot for apartment dwellers, single folks, RVers, retired folks, etc. who don't need a huge smoker or who don't have the space for it. I've got a challenge for you if you're up to it. Try doing a full packer brisket on it. Granted, you'd probably have to do a mid-cook pellet refill and battery swap, but I think if you could pull it off, wow, what an awesome testament to the versatility of this little gem!
