RECIPE NO. 1 (Sinarsahang Atay at Balunbalunan)
INGREDIENTS:
800g of chicken gizzards
500g of chicken liver
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of Maggi savor calamansi seasoning
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
2 cups of Sprite
1/2 tsp chicken powder seasoning, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
2 medium red bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup of green peas
Cornstarch slurry, optional

FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (ASADONG MANOK KAPAMPANGAN STYLE)
INGREDIENTS:
2.5 lbs chicken leg quarters
1 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp calamansi or lemon juice
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large tomatoes
2 medium red bell peppers
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup hot water (add more if you want more sauce)
1 tsp sugar
5 tbsp chicken liver (fried and mushed) or liver spread from can
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp calamansi or lemon juice
