Garlic is basically bread flavored with garlic served around the globe along with pasta or other main course dishes. You can also serve it with soups, stews, gravies or tossed salads. Several varieties of bread can be used to make this as per availability or preference. The bread can either be sliced or used as a big chunk.
For a healthier option, you can use whole wheat bread loaded with it’s fiber and other nutrients. Moreover, garlic is known to stimulate our immune system and helps prevent heart diseases.
Points to remember:
– If purchasing from bakery, ensure to buy the freshly baked.
– Some garlic bread loves come in aluminum pouches. All you have to do is reheat in an oven till the butter melts or till the bread is warm.
Ingredients:
– Breads as per choice
– Butter
– Parsley
– Pepper powder
– Italian seasoning
Preparation:
• Slice the bread of your choice into number of pieces.
• In a bowl, add 4tbsp of butter, 2tbsp of parsley, 1 ½ tsp of garlic, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning and mix them all well.
• Now, in each bread pieces spread this mixture.
• Start placing them in batches on a hot frying pan.
• Toast on either sides and it’s ready to be served with your favorite pasta, noodles or anything creamyyy. Who does not want a garlic bread?
