Ginger Pork Rice Bowla.k.a. SHOGA-YAKI DON

■Taste Reviews & Notes 📝
“Shoga” means ginger, and “Yaki” means grilled. This is one of the most popular pork dishes in Japanese homes! The sweet and savory soy sauce glaze with a punch of fresh ginger stimulates your appetite. The onions soak up all that delicious sauce, making them perfect to eat with fluffy white rice. It’s a great stamina booster! 🍚✨
