  1. I think I'll try this in my Vitamix to make it easier 🙂 Also in 2 loaf pans cause I don't have a long giant one like this. Thanks for sharing. I'm excited to try this. I love that there's no yeast, rising and waiting`!

  2. Can you substitute avocado oil for the vegetable oil? And I have all this extra brown lentil left in my pantry. Can I use that instead of red ones or will that be too “hard” in consistency? Thank you

  3. Great base recipe for a very good lentil bread that looks like bread. I added cumin, garlic and onion powders, tomato paste and green onions to the recipe and it was delicious.

Tip: Don't use a loaf pan because the outside is cooked when the inside is still batter-ish. Had to recook and top fell because the inside wasn't thoroughly cooked. Next will use a shorter- wider baking dish instead.

  4. Hi people looking for healthiest option of bread. I tried this bread and sorry it s kinda omeltte with lentils. Didnt like it to be honest. It turned out good as the video but with a strong taste of eggs. I ll try to toast it maybe it can be better otherwise will not try it again. Sorry.

  5. bread is pretty good… finally got a chance to try it out today… tastes alot like corn bread !! good with butter and jelly. i did add a little to much water because i didn't drain all the letnils well and had to let it cook longer.. but in the end it looked like yours… except i used flax seeds on the top. i will make it again tomorrow…
