1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
750g Pork Ribs
¼” Ginger
2″ Cinnamon Stick
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
8 Garlic Cloves
6 Cloves
10 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 ¼ cups Onion
¼ cup Tamarind Water
5 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 60 mins
