1and half kg Pork
4 mid. Onions
2inch. Ginger
1 1/2 pod Garlic
1tsp Cumin
half tsp. Turmeric powder
7 each Red chillies
2 inch Cinnamon stick
5 and 8 Cloves
1tsp. Pepper corns
half size of lemon Tamarind
2 tbsp. Vinegar
