Good morning Fatima,
You have teased my appetite on waking up this Sunday morning.
Looks so delicious, the colour is perfect and the final outcome, droooool.
Stay safe, be happy Fatima 💞🧡
Hi Fatima…. This looks really delish. I've only got a half a kilo of pork – do I still use the amounts you've said? Also, is it hot? I thought a Vindaloo was supposed to be fiery and Kashmiri chillis were mild? 🔥🔥
Madam nice 👍 but must remove sugar from recipe sugar don’t like in pork

Hi Fatima…y didnt u add ginger?
Nice
Your dish yummy as always 👌
So there is only one minor difference and to be honest I can't see it making any difference..I know in India no matter where you are there will be a multitude of versions of a particular recipe and everyone thinks their's is the correct one..There is no correct just good food..So my difference is I add all of the marinade to the meat for 2hrs-overnight other than that this looks like mine and probably tastes like mine..I try to use toddy vinegar or cider vinegar if that's not available as I find ordinary vinegar just a little harsh..My be Fatima will comment on this ..I want to wish my favourite Indian cook on the Tube a very happy New Year आपको और आपके परिवार को मेरा सारा प्यार 🙂
Right I haven't watched this yet I've just paused the video and I know this is going to be fabulous..I've cooked Pork Vindaloo so many times in Goa and here in the UK I'm dying to see how my favourite girl on YouTube does it..I'm sure it will be similar to what I cook .So I will add to this after watching Fatima in a separate response YAY can't wait..Okay settle Garth lol
😋😋
