Wash the shells thoroughly n put them in the freezer. The next day you'll get the shells opened. Very easy.

We put the teesryo in freezer in an vessel for some time and the teesrya open up on their own. No need of vilu or knife to open them. Saves the effort and time.
We make tisrya suka, cutlet, curry, also curry with drumsticks,, tisry in masala like we prepare mutton ie like mutton curry- little thick, also tisrya sukka without shells ie only with meat, tisrya in green masala and more

We do not wash the shells under tap water after cleaning. You have to rinse in the water from the shells then strain the water and only throw out the residue. You will taste the difference
