this recipe is prepared in almost every goan home but is very famous in the south,and is prepaired for every feast in town. well i have used both beef and pork but you can use what you like..

recipe
pork 500 grm
beef 500 grm
oil 10 tblsp
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
onion choped 2nos ( medium size)
tomato choped 2 nos
cinnamon 4 inch stick
cloves 20 nos
cumin 1 tsp
potato dice 1 cup
carrot dice 1 cup
green peas 1 cup
butter 1 knob (25 – 30 grm)
pasta 200 grm ( macaroni prefered)
peper powder 1 tsp
