puff pastry – 500 g
bacon – 150 g
mustard – 30 g (15 + 15 g )
onion – 150 g
oil – 20 ml
salt – 10 g
black pepper – 5 g
bread crumbs – 25 g
red bell pepper – 150 g
pork chop – 1 kg
oil – 20 ml
eggs – 1 piece
Fry the meat 20 min
IN THE FRIDGE 1 H
IN THE OVEN 170 °C/1 HOUR
