Goma At Home: Goma’s Version Of Pork And Chicken Adobo



I’ve been reading all your recipe requests and Jasmin Jeanette Mama asked for my version of Adobo.

Adobo is one of the most popular and oldest Filipino dishes. Every region has a different way of cooking it.

I like mine with a lot of sauce and on the sour side. And this particular recipe has chicken liver and egg. Juliana loves it!

The ingredients are chicken, pork, chicken Liver, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, black pepper, crushed pepper, garlic, salt, water and boiled eggs.
