Gordon Ramsay’s Meatballs recipe combines the rich flavors of beef and pork to craft meatballs that are succulent, tender, and full of taste. Perfect for a cozy family dinner or as a standout dish at your next gathering, these meatballs bring the culinary expertise of Gordon Ramsay into your kitchen. Follow this video to mix, season, and perfectly cook your meatballs. Discover the key to balancing herbs and spices, achieving the right texture, and cooking them right.
Actual Recipe:
Directions:
00:01 Begin by sweating finely chopped onions and thinly sliced garlic to create a flavorful meatball base.
00:40 The key to a good meatball is achieving the right texture with minced beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and seasoning.
00:54 Enhance the meatball mix with dried chili flakes and cumin for added flavor.
01:52 Combine milk with breadcrumbs to create a slightly doughy mixture that lightens the meatball texture.
02:05 Mix the cooked onions, garlic, and chili into the meat; the correct ratio of milk and breadcrumbs eliminates the need for eggs.
02:17 Form the meat mixture into balls roughly the size of a golf ball; a tight squeeze ensures they hold together during cooking.
02:34 Double the Recipe and make extra meatballs to freeze for later use.
02:47 Cook the meatballs in a hot pan with olive oil, using a palette knife to gently turn and cook them evenly.

Onions and garlic at the same time ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ
ugh. this video is giving me a headache.
"Give the balls a nice tight squeeze "๐คฃ๐ซ
Thank you chef
I find these tv shows so useless bc they never give any measurement and sometimes they say a few but a whole lot not.
rendering issue?
I saw a piece of garlic in that โthinly sliced garlicโ that was at least an 8th inch thick. Chef White would be disappointed with you Gordon!
So, no baking, just pan fry the meatballs?
Why does this video look like it was filmed at 5 FPS? Fire the camera man.
Didn't finish all the way. The video was cut short.
Oh chili flakes added in oh that sounds fab! Might have to try it. Though i wonder then would the sauce be something just as spicy or a simple sauce to let the spices in the meatball stand out? Might have to experiment.
I can make better meatballs
Ok, I finish them and they taste great. Thank You
Nice I will try them today… to be continue
Thank you for this recipe ๐
I always thought that you did not like frozen food
He's such a tool
5fps
Chili meatballs yummm!
I fried them a bit and then put them in the oven for an extra 15 min. AMAZING! I always used to add an egg (mom taught me so) so I put an egg in anyway ๐ just out of habit. They came out great โค
I love how this chef gets right to the point. Quick, easy and always tasty! Ramsey, you are the man!
These came out amazballs!!! I used my Meatball Maker from Bakenfry and made them perfectly shaped. Also we ate them and I stuck the other half in the freezer. It was a big hit!
Texture did come out great with this recipe. Will be using it in the future.
Wait did he just say freeze a batch ready for another time
I've hear Gordon, countless of times, bitch out a chef because they serve frozen meatballs. Now, here he is, advocating frozen meatballs. We have fresh meatballs. LOL.
Gordon opens his freezer in two days and looks in the mirror
โTHEYRE FROZEN YOU DONUTโ
No parsley?
Why is the recipe in the description not the same as the video?
Gordon, do you ever use a beef and pork meat combination for meatballs?
Will the inside of the meatball not remain uncooked?
Do you mean panko breadcrumbs?
meatloaf balls ๐
Did i just see gordon use flaky salt for the meatball mash???
Why did he do a stop motion animation episode?
Gordan never lets me down
Gordon I love and worship you and your recipes, but I think itโs best to bake the meatballs for overall cooking and flavor
God I hate the camera work on this. It's like being on a bloody merry-go-round. Always moving blurry zooming in when there's no need to just for a fad! Stop it! It sucks!
Thank you Gordon, โค I bought 10 pounds of ground chuck and needed a good recipe for freezing some meat balls for future use. You rock!
Love how you cook love love how you demonstrate stuff love the relationship between you and your daughter
Made this tonight came out great and with leftovers will eat for a couple days. Thanks Gordan
Bacon grease with the onions=next level
Love the video, and Chef Ramsay for sharing his amazing talent. I went off the video bcz the link to the actual recipe is completely different. Would have liked the recipe link to and been aligned with the video.
