Thats how everyone makes their gravy. With the roasted / blended veggies and the meat juices. Nothing new or special here.

I like using the cheapest own brand gravy granules. Most of the others have msg or maltodextrin in them.
Aunt Bessie instant gravy is actually really good for instant. Just had it on toad in the hole. Much better thank Bisto.

Rapeseed oil not olive. Bisto best gravy powder is an essential! Add to thicken loads of dishes.
