I can't find any dried graric.
You don’t lower the heat when you add the cream that’s when you crank it up. The only other thing is in the finish you should’ve thinned it out with starchy pasta water for a more cohesive and a less clumpy sauce. Otherwise it’s a good cheese sauce.
Going to try this tonight and report back. 🧑🍳 Just need to convert the ml + gr to cups + teaspoons.
And big props to you for thoroughly showing how it's done timing-wise with the pasta!
