Greek Salad! 🥗

Ingredients
2 English cucumbers peeled, de-seeded and sliced
1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup kalmata olives, halved
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
fresh mint
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove grated
1/2 cup pickled onions
In a bowl, add cucumbers, tomatoes, kalmata olives and feta. In another medium bowl, add vinegar, salt, oregano and garlic. While whisking, slowly add in olive oil, until it is thickened and creamy. Add desired amount of dressing to your salad and gently toss. Then add pickled onion, mint and more feta to garnish. Serve and enjoy!
