Green Smoothie with Coconut Water Recipe – Honeysuckle

RECIPE-

Ingredients:
– ½ cup of coconut water
– 1-2 cups of spinach
– ½ cup of frozen strawberries
– ½ cup of frozen mangoes
– ½ a med size banana

Now add everything to a blender and give it a whirl until it’s smooth and creamy. It’s such a sweet and refreshing drink that even the kids are going to love this Green Smoothie! Such a healthy alternative to soda and milkshakes.

*serves 1-2

  1. I have enjoyed this video and appreciate you describing what each fruit and vegetable does for you. Ignore ignorant comments like the one below about describing how it taste!! Or such ones asking whether non-frozen fruit is better. Especially when they can just watch the video and google the rest. If they want to know how it tastes, then just make it and see!!  Your a fun to watch free spirit!!Take care and Gob Bless

  2. Not sure why the fruits need to be frozen; doesn't that diminish their nutritional value? Extreme temperatures normally do. Couldn't the smoothie be made in advance with fresh fruits, and refrigerated?

  3. i never met one asian person that was overweight….see what america eating does…she is not the typical small ,low body fat asian girl…and its all becuz of smoothies….just eat small portions folks….and workout…its not hard to be thin and healthy
