Its not the exact bengali fish curry..normal bengali fish curry mein apne doodh ya curd jo dala woh nahi dalte..woh doyi machh hota hai..and the masalas you used are all mixed up..we bengalis don't make normal fish curry this way..may be its a different style of fish curry.and those who are talking of peyaj rasun..those are added in fish kaliya korma..probably he prepared machher jhol..where spices are used..
