Ground Beef & Bok Choy Stir-fry Recipe

Welcome to Chinese Cooking. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia, in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.

Ingredients:
400g Lean Beef Mince
280g Pak Choi (cut into 2cm pieces)
200g Beansprouts
3 Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
10g Ginger (finely chopped)
6 Spring Onions (roughly chopped)
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Salt to Taste

Method:
1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in the wok over high heat
2. Add the garlic, ginger and tomato ketchup, stir-fry for few seconds
3. Add the beef mince, stir-fry for 5 minutes
4. Add the spring onions and pak choi, stir-fry for 2 minutes
5. Add the bean sprouts, stir-fry for 2 minutes
6. Add the lime juice, soy sauce and a pinch of salt, stir-fry for 2 minutes
7. Transfer onto a dish, serve with cooked egg noodles
