Zutaten & Zubereitung:
– 2 EL Öl
– 300 g Gulasch
– 0,5 TL Salz + Msp. Pfeffer für das Fleisch
– 3 Zwiebeln
– 2 Knoblauchzehen
– 1 EL Tomatenmark
– 1 EL Paprikamark
– 1,5 EL Paprikapulver edelsüß
– 2 Lorbeerblätter
– 1 gestr. TL Salz
– ca 300 ml Wasser
– optional: 1 EL Vollkorn-Hefeflocken
➡️Öl erhitzen, Fleisch scharf anbraten. Salzen und pfeffern. Fein gehackte Zwiebeln und Knoblauch dazugeben, bei mittlerer Stufe andünsten. Tomaten- und Paprikamark, sowie Paprikapulver dazugeben. Mit Wasser ablöschen. Salz und Lorbeerblätter dazu geben.
Mit geschlossenem Deckel ca 1,5 Std schmoren lassen. Optional Hefeflocken dazu geben (schmeckt so würzig

Parmesan servieren.
