【Spicy Shrimp】

Ingredients:
Shrimp 1000g Potatoes 200g Lettuce 200g Cauliflower 200g Konjac Tofu 200g
Bean paste, ginger, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, onion, Chinese pepper, salt, soy sauce, rapeseed oil

step:
1. Shrimp cleaned and set aside;
2. Boil various side dishes for 2 minutes, pick up and set aside;
3. Put rapeseed oil in the pot, pour the shrimp and stir-fry for 5 minutes to pick up;
4. Put ginger, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, onion and Chinese pepper in the pot and fry for 1 minute;

6. Pour the shrimp and fry for 3 minutes;
7. Pour in onion, add salt and soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes

配料:
蝦1000g 土豆200g 萵筍 200g 花菜200g 魔芋豆腐200g
豆瓣醬、姜、蒜、青椒、紅椒、洋蔥、中國花椒、鹽、醬油、菜籽油

步驟:
1.蝦清洗乾淨備用;
2.各種配菜煮2分鐘,撈起備用;
3.鍋裡放菜籽油,倒入蝦炒5分鐘撈起;
4.鍋裡下姜、蒜、青椒、紅椒、洋蔥、花椒炒1分鐘;
5.下豆瓣醬炒一分鐘;
6.倒入蝦,炒3分鐘;
7.倒入洋蔥,加鹽、醬油炒2分鐘
8.起鍋開吃
