Pork is the culinary name for the meat of the domestic pig. It is the most commonly consumed meat worldwide, with evidence of pig husbandry dating back to 5000 BC. Pork is eaten both freshly cooked and preserved; curing extends the shelf life of pork products.
Dry fry is amethod of cooking foods that are high in fat, eg bacon or ground beef in a non-stick pan where only the melted fat from the meat is used. To dry fry place the meat in a cold non stick frying pan, over a low heat cook until some fat runs out, increase the heat and fry the meat for the recommended cooking time.

  1. Ndungu i love all your videos but there was one you did for wet fry . I have the same pressure cooker you used but I was wondering how would you know your food is well cooked with timer ? like you said you cooked the meat for 30 mins!
