  2. Why don't you build a portable ac on a moving dolly with a cooler with a fan in the top with some flexible ducting. Shit you get a lil creative you can build one big enough for you and the meat, tho I would use a filter like a house furnace filter to keep the air clean; like a flow hood for mushrooms.
