Ingredients for 8 bites:
8 pitted dates
4 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts
1/4-1/3 cup milk of choice (60-80 ml)

topping:
3.5 oz. / 100 g 80% dark chocolate
sea salt flakes

1. Put the dates, peanut butter and milk into a blender or food processor and mix until creamy, add less milk first and then add more if needed. To help your blender, you could soak the dates first.
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper. Let set in the freezer for two hours
3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in melted dark chocolate. Add sea salt flakes on top and enjoy!
4. Store in the freezer, let defrost for about 10 minutes before serving
