This recipe makes about 10 small popsicles and 5 servings:
1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk (360 ml)
2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (60g)
5 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
3 tablespoons maple syrup/honey
3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. In a bowl whisk all the ingredients together
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm for about 4-5 hours
3. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the pops in the chocolate and enjoy!
4. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer

  2. I can't do the coconut milk or protein powder because of the seed oils and the gums/emulsifiers in them ☹ I'm surprised you're able handle them too with ibs. I literally swell up like a balloon!! Why are you recommending your audience products with these ingredients in them?

  3. I love your videos and Recipes I know you have a ebook is there any way I can get it on Amazon or Kindle? When I went to the link in your bio I only found your news letter I really want to be able to make so much of your stuff on a daily basis.
