  1. Healthier Donuts😋 These baked donuts are super easy to make and so delicious😍

    Ingredients for 8 donuts:
    1 cup all purpose gluten-free flour mix (or wheat flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer) (240 ml)
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 egg
    3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 – 3/4 cup milk of choice (120-180 ml)
    2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (a little more for greasing the donut pan)

    Frosting:
    3 oz. / 85g 70-80% dark chocolate
    2 tablespoons canned coconut milk

    1. Grease the donut pan cavities with melted coconut oil
    2. In a bowl mix flour and baking powder together
    3. Add the egg, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and melted coconut oil and stir until combined
    4. Spoon the batter into greased donut pan cavities or use a piping bag, fill each about 3/4 full
    5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
    6. Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them
    7. Mix the melted dark chocolate and coconut milk together
    8. Dip the donuts in the frosting and enjoy!
