Ingredients for about 8 servings:
2 bananas
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter or any other nut butter or tahini, I used a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (60 ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml)
1/2 cup almond flour (120 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup raspberries, chopped (240 ml / 130 g)

toppings:
2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, chopped

1. Mash the bananas
2. Add all the ingredients for the batter into a bowl and stir
3. Fold in the chopped raspberries (you can save some for topping if you like)
4. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Top with the rest of the raspberries and dark chocolate chunks
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 25 – 30 minutes
6. Let cool down and cut into pieces
7. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
