Sis, love the recipes but you need to cook that meat longer. I did your one pot chicken and rice and those thighs need more time than 4 minutes on each side. Same with this seafood.

In Jamaica we call this fritters. You can make it with sardines, or salt fish and scotch bonnet peppers in there with onions. Just mix it all in flour and water and dry it until golden brown. It's really good.
