Filled with rich antioxidant berries and other good-for-you ingredients, like kale and cucumber, this smoothie is a great source of energy. Ingredients for one serving:
– 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (like, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries)
– 1/2 cup kale
– 1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 TBSP chia seeds
– 1 TBSP honey (optional)
Directions:
Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
