2 cups (280 g) red lentils.
1 cup (240 ml) water.
2 eggs.
1/2 cup (70 g) psyllium husk.
1/4 cup (50 g) sunflower seeds.
1/4 cup (60 g) pumpkin seeds.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds.

  1. PLEASE always soak your lentils first in several changes of water to clean them and remove some of the starch. And I think I will be using a stick blender to break down more of the lentils before mixing everything else in. Other than that it looks a good loaf, and I will try it.
