I can't understand where the healthy bit is!!!
Oats contain phytic acid which blocks iron and other minerals from being absorbed by our body.
Let your oats soak in that milk over night or at least for 30mins to break down that phytic acid.
Sub in an avocado for those of us that don't like bananas and it's a win.
Can i moit the oats and just use bananas

I just made one but i have a lot of frozen fruit to get rid of so I added (a few) blueberries!
Can you provide a nutritional value list? It looks good, but if one cup is high in calories, I'd rather use it as a dessert replacement than a breakfast.
