this coconut dessert is easy to make and take you no longer than 5 min!

ingredients:
coconut milk 200 g
Greek yogurt 120 g
sweetener
gelatin 7 g + water 42 g
cacao

recipe:
Ā· pour 42g of cold water in a bowl, sprinkle 7g of a gelatin over the cold water. allow the gelatin to set for 5 to 10 minutes. then dissolve it in pulses in the microwave. important: don`t let it boil
Ā· mix the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener (you can use any sweetner you want to taste)
Ā· carefully add the gelatin and mix well
Ā· pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours, until set
