  1. How is it healthy if you are adding ice cream, chocolate chips etc on an otherwise "healthy" desert entirely made of fruits? Even the banana ice cream was made less healthy with the toppings. They may be less unhealthy than regular ice cream but difinitely caloric and the title of this video is deceiving.

  2. @aunaturalebelle Calories per 1 oz Banana : 25 with .09g of Fat, Saturated fat is .032g, 0 Sodium, 0 Cholesterol.

Calories per 1 oz of regular vanilla ice cream (generally speaking) : 57 with 3.04g of Fat, Sat Fat 1.876g, Cholesterol 11mg, Sodium 21mg.
Sugars is 6.32 for ice cream versus almost half that in a banana (3.47)
Not a major difference but if you are hard core dieting, your better choice would be a banana with a protein to regulate your insulins response to the sugar.

  3. Hi, great video. Can you help me understand why low fat is good? I have read a lot on the science behind low fat vs low carb nutrition trying to get my head around all the confusion. It is sugar that spikes blood sugar levels leading to insulin release (fat stoing hormone). Sat Fat does the opposite. Can you see my confusion? I see low fat products have much more sugar than full fat products

  4. Rather than melted chocolate, I use just plain cocoa powder with my frozen banana slices. I prefer the taste of straight up unsweetened cocoa, and less mess to deal with. Also, I usually don't have the patience to make fruit popsicles, so I end up just eating my frozen berries straight from the bag. MMM… BERRIES.
