3-ingredient Healthy Mango Gummies💛 These are made with real mango and they are refined sugar-free!

Ingredients:
1 cup mango cubes (240 ml / 170 g)
1/2 cup cold water (120 ml)
1 teaspoon agar agar (or gelatine according to its package)

1. Put the mango cubes into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Put the cold water and agar agar into a small pot and stir to combine. Then bring it to a boil over medium heat and then let it simmer for approximately five minutes. Add the pureed mango and stir for 1 minute
3. Let the mixture cool down for a few minutes. Then spoon into silicone molds
4. Let set in the fridge for about 1 hour (if using gelatine, setting time might be longer)

How long can we store them?
Do you let it cool before you put the mixture in the molds?
Can you use a different fruit than mango?
Keep refrigerated or frozen?
I used a package of Knox. Made fruit puree from frozen berry mix and added 1/2 of powdered sugar (because it wasn't cutting it for sweetness but sugar made it just sweet enough). Added a sploosh of vanilla. I almost didn't have enough molds to make this recipe! Would half it next time.
Or just eat sliced mango with some sea salt flakes
Can you make this with apple?
I did all the measurements right and the gummies aren’t hard enough they came out of the mold still a bit liquidy 😭😭
How long can you keep them & do the have to be refrigerated
